Clinical Director – Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Pay Range:

$105,000 – $115,000

Clinical Director manages a Behavior Frontiers region delivering ABA services to clients with autism and other special needs. Must competently perform duties of other clinical positions (behavior supervisor, case manager, senior behavior instructor, behavior instructor) and some administrative positions as needed to ensure successful service delivery within the region.

Duties

Conduct face‑to‑face supervision for clients in your region who have funding for BCBA supervision, scheduling sessions with case manager as possible.

Provide in‑office and in‑field overlap with all BCBA and BCaBA mentees to ensure timely completion of their mentorship.

Train behavior supervisors and case managers.

Meet weekly with supervisors/managers to review caseloads and logs.

Write or edit initial and progress reports for clients.

Manage client/staff issues following company and funding source policies, using professional judgment.

Handle intakes of new clients in the designated region.

Monitor liaison/evaluation meetings and participate in annual meetings with supervisors, managers, and other clinical staff.

Oversee client monitoring, hiring of new behavior technicians, and clinical trainings for staff.

Conduct clinical trainings such as senior behavior instructor training as needed.

Monitor quality improvement initiatives and employee incentive programs.

Coordinate regional social events.

Attend local and national professional conferences and parent support groups to present research.

Meet annually with funding source directors (e.g., school district, regional center) to foster relationships and present services.

Optional: Engage in research and development projects to expand and incorporate cutting‑edge information into service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

BCBA certification (at least 3 years of experience).

Preferred: 1–2 years supervising other BCBAs.

Master’s or Doctorate in education, psychology, or behavior analysis.

Experience designing ABA programs for children with autism, training parents and technicians.

Knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, VB.

Experience in assessments: VB‑MAPP, Vineland, FBA.
