RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing the layout standards for client product categories which include determining:
Maximum number of tabs to be used
Valid scroll length for screen
Content layout sequencing with the tab approach
Ensuring the standard groupings within the tabs have been accounted for
Showing related accessories and other upsell recommendations
Determining opportunities to improve end-user experience with changes to placement of UI elements like links, messages and images
Designing wireframes for product configuration layouts based in the modeling templates. The standards will be defined by product category (console, Infrastructure, subscriber, systems etc.).
Defining the layout format (colors, upsell message with the right format, font and color).
Defining the layout for the top banner messages (including cross-sells) on the Product Configuration screens of CPQ.
