Duties The Supervisory Human Resources Specialist position is in the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO), Department of Administrative Services, Human Resources Office (HRO), Court Human Resources Division. HRO provides human resource program leadership, services, and solutions to enable the U.S. courts and the AO to define, recruit, manage, compensate, reward, develop, and retain a highly skilled workforce.

The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO), Department of Administrative Services, Human Resources Office (HRO), Court Human Resources Division is seeking a self-motivated Supervisory Human Resources Specialist to serve as the Recruitment Services Branch Chief.

The Supervisory Human Resources Specialist leads the Judiciary's Human Resources Office (HRO) Recruitment Services Branch. The incumbent will bring expert knowledge of federal recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and employment suitability. The incumbent is responsible for the strategic development and oversight of hiring and suitability programs; manages the government and contractor staff; direct vendor contracts and interagency agreements; and delivers executive-level presentations, policy guidance, and project management.

The incumbent also oversees the development and maintenance of Judiciary's recruitment and suitability content for USCourts.gov, the Judiciary's intranet site (JNet), the Online System for Clerkship Application and Review (OSCAR), the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS), and LinkedIn. This position reports to the Court Human Resources Division Chief in the HRO.
