The Investment Research Analyst position is an excellent opportunity to launch a career in investment management as part of a leading investment firm. This is a 2-year, entry-level position with the potential for high performing analysts to expand and extend their engagement at the firm for an additional 2-3 years in a senior analyst position. In This Role You Will

Act as a key member of the investment team, participating in all aspects of the investment process – including joining meetings with existing and prospective investment managers, developing quantitative and qualitative evaluations of investment opportunities, and analyzing performance data and portfolio characteristics. Evaluate the market environment within asset classes (e.g. stocks, bonds, private equity, real estate, energy, and alternatives/absolute return) and collaborate with cross-asset teams. Prepare thematic presentations on markets and investment opportunities for internal audiences including the broader Investment Research team and Pathstone’s portfolio managers. Support Pathstone’s portfolio managers and their client teams by responding to requests for information and analysis on current and prospective fund investments. Qualifications

You are a current undergraduate student on track to complete your bachelor’s degree by the summer of 2026. You are an intellectually curious problem-solver who is not afraid to ask questions. You prioritize operating ethically and professionally, demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, and consistently exercise good judgement. You possess a keen interest in developing deep knowledge of financial markets and investment research. You operate with a positive and proactive attitude, welcoming and implementing feedback with an open mind. You demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. You possess excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to balance time-sensitive priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Pay Transparency

Pathstone’s expected starting base compensation range for the position as of the time of this posting is $75,000 - $90,000 per year. The actual base compensation selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) experience, education, specialty and training. The successful candidate(s) may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus award. Visa Sponsorship
