Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Greater Boston for the position of Front Office Manager. The Front Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the front office to ensure efficient and exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include managing the front desk staff, handling guest check‑ins and check‑outs, addressing inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a welcoming and well‑organized reception area. The manager will actively promote a guest‑centric culture, track service quality metrics, and implement strategies for improvement as needed.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Office Administration and Front Office operations.
Experience and focus on providing excellent Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
Effective Communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and maintain operational efficiency.
Problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to fostering a positive guest experience.
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is highly advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
