The ideal candidate will have 3‑5 years of leadership experience, proven success driving performance and sales results, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building a positive culture. Prior spa industry experience or membership-driven sales experience is a plus. The role offers long-term professional growth, with the GM serving as a critical link in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

Provide an excellent customer experience to all clients through answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing membership sales.

Oversee and manage daily operations of the spa.

Drive spa sales performance.

Recruit, hire, and develop talented spa professionals.

Train, monitor, and coach performance.

Oversee membership education and sales, including sales goals and incentives.

Promote products and services with passion.

Communicate with the Service Provider team to maximize the appointment book.

Identify grassroots marketing opportunities and local community connections.

Handle administrative duties, including reporting, P&L analysis, payroll, cash handling, inventory and ordering.

Requirements

Proven passion for communicating with people.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions, conferences, or client meetings.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Fast learner with a positive attitude.

Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking systems is a plus.

Strong team player who can work independently under minimal supervision.

Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.

Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution.

Compensation $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year.
