What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the development and implementation of category to maximize growth and retailer partnerships
Foster strong partnerships with key retailers, co-creating category visions and joint business plans
Utilize advanced analytics to understand consumer behavior and market opportunities
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for business performance assessment
Execute Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure accountability and strategic alignment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
10-15+ years of experience in Category Management, Customer Management, Insights, and Sales Strategy; CPG experience required
Deep understanding of optimal assortment and category growth
Extensive knowledge of data sources and their application in category management
Proven experience in leading multi-layered teams and managing change

Strong analytical interpretation and problem-solving skills
Experience in leveraging consumer/shopper insights in category management strategies
Market orientation with a focus on maximizing business results
Ability to propose well-thought-out solutions for business situations
