Recruiter Overview A Series A Startup is seeking a
driven and scrappy Recruiter
with 2–4 years of experience who is eager to grow fast and make a significant impact in the company’s growth.
This is an
onsite role in San Francisco
for someone who loves being close to the business, partnering directly with hiring managers, and owning the full recruiting lifecycle in a high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
Own
full-cycle recruiting
for technical and non-technical roles
Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and move fast
Proactively
source, engage, and close top talent
Build strong candidate relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Help evolve recruiting processes as the company scales
Play a key role in shaping the team and culture during a critical growth phase
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of recruiting experience
Agency background
or
in-house at a startup both welcome
High energy,
high ownership , and a strong sense of urgency
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Strong sourcing instincts and candidate engagement skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
Someone who is
hungry, curious, and excited to grow with the company
