Key Responsibilities and Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 10–12 years of relevant experience in D365 CRM as techno-functional.
Experience in functional flows, configuration customizations using plugins, JavaScript, custom workflows, Power Automate, integration APIs, web API, WCF, and model‑driven apps. Power automation and Azure services experience. Data migration experience is also required.
Peer review and code enhancements. Extensive knowledge of CRM Sales (CPQ).
Qualifications Minimum years of experience: >10 years Certifications required: Yes Must‑have skills: D365 CRM Technical Nice‑to‑have skills: D365 Functional Lead
