Evaluates sick, urgent care, transitional care, and primary care patients
Performs annual physical exams as needed
Educates patients on maintaining proper health
Evaluates, makes recommendations, co‑manages, and treats patients’ medical needs
Participates in an interdisciplinary team providing care and coordination, ensuring the highest level of care
Minimum Qualifications
Pay Range:
$120,000.00 - $152,250.00
