As a senior people leader, you will partner with marketing, medical affairs, commercial and regional teams to develop and execute strategic value‑access plans that accelerate patient access to your therapies worldwide. Kite Pharma is committed to curing cancer and improving patient lives worldwide. The Value Access & Strategy role reports to the Senior Director of GVA for anito‑cel in Multiple Myeloma and will be located at Kite’s U.S. headquarters in Santa Monica, CA. Key Responsibilities

Lead the 4L+ iMMagine‑1 Global Launch, developing the global market‑access strategy and collaborating closely with commercial, medical affairs, technical operations and regional access teams to support the ex‑U.S. launch. Partner with regional (U.S., ACE, ICR) teams to prepare the 2L+ iMMagine‑3 Global Launch, optimizing access and reimbursement strategies for anito‑cel in 2L RR‑MM and ensuring rapid payer access through compelling payer‑value evidence tools. Act as the primary market‑access representative for the Global Brand Team (GBT) and join the GBT for anito‑cel, delivering global access strategy to commercial, medical affairs and regulatory functions. Analyze future market‑access trends, competitor entry and advise the GBT/PT on access‑relevant endpoints, study designs and evidence generation plans that meet payer needs in GBT’s major markets (U.S., Australia, Canada, EU‑5, Japan). Provide input into clinical development programs to capture value, align on a differentiated target product profile (TPP) and support future reimbursement and pricing negotiations. Ensure market‑access and payer perspectives are reflected in cross‑functional strategies (product development, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, commercial). Collaborate with Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Real‑World Evidence (RWE) to develop optimized value demonstration plans and support reimbursement decisions. Identify global HEOR evidence requirements and gaps; coordinate HEOR to develop studies, models and resources to support product differentiation and payer value demonstration. Basic Qualifications

12+ years of relevant experience in a global biopharmaceutical or life‑sciences organization. 10+ years of experience with an MS/MA, MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Preferred Experience

Previous experience supporting product launches, ideally in oncology. Demonstrated experience in the healthcare environment, preferably pharmaceutical industry, or related consulting services. Extensive understanding of the global hematology / multiple myeloma market‑access landscape, the business of cell therapy and healthcare system dynamics. Detailed knowledge of payer systems, pricing and reimbursement mechanisms, decision‑makers and payer stakeholder behavior in relevant markets (U.S., EU5, Japan). Knowledge of HTA assessments including value frameworks utilized, methodologies, trends and drivers in relevant markets. Ability to guide development plans and lead inputs based on payer requirements / market‑access trends. Excellent communication skills and experience presenting at senior committees. Ability to collaborate successfully across cultures and time‑zones. Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional teams. People Leader Accountabilities
