What you’ll take on
Architect, build, and deploy production‑grade conversational AI systems across voice, SMS, and web chat.
Develop and optimize NLP pipelines for intent classification and entity extraction.
Integrate AI systems with telephony platforms and conversational frameworks.
Build and optimize LLM‑powered conversation flows using advanced prompt engineering.
Establish monitoring, logging, and analytics to track conversation quality and system performance.
Collaborate with founders and product leaders to define technical strategy and influence roadmap decisions.
What they’re looking for
5+ years experience in software engineering with production ML or conversational AI systems.
Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Rasa, Botpress, or similar frameworks.
Experience with telephony integration, cloud platforms, and back‑end/front‑end development.
Comfortable explaining complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Energetic, communicative, and thrives in fast‑moving startup environments.
Bonus: experience with LLMs, advanced prompt engineering or large‑scale AI systems.
