Licensed Psychologist – Brain Injury & Pain Management Program (Confidential Search)
MatchBukh Talent Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a highly respected and fast‑paced specialty medical practice in the Los Gatos area. We are seeking a licensed Psychologist to join a mission‑driven interdisciplinary team focused on brain injury rehabilitation and chronic pain management.
This role is ideal for a team‑oriented clinician with experience in neuropsychological assessment, evidence‑based therapy, and collaborative care. You’ll be working alongside a diverse and expert team of psychologists, physicians, social workers, speech therapists, wellness professionals, and care coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver individual, group, and milieu cognitive rehabilitation therapy
Conduct neuropsychological and psychological assessments
Provide psychotherapy for chronic pain, trauma, and TBI‑related symptoms
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team
Participate in case reviews, treatment planning, and family sessions
Maintain clinical documentation and progress notes
Contribute to staff trainings and clinical development
Qualifications
Valid California Clinical Psychology License (Required)
Doctorate in Psychology and training in neuropsychological assessment
Experience in interdisciplinary behavioral health settings preferred
Spanish‑speaking is a plus (not required)
Willingness to travel periodically to the East Bay for training and collaboration
