We are thrilled to offer a fantastic career opportunity for CRNAs to join our anesthesia care team in beautiful Fort Smith, Arkansas. Join our team of 6 anesthesiologists and 18 CRNAs who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
Position Highlights:
Compensation up to $285,000/year W-2 (base and metric)
Cardiac stipend $20,000 (if qualified)
Generous sign-on bonus offered
Additional call pay stipend
Post 1st call day off
7 weeks of PTO
Practice to the top of your skill set
Local, dedicated CRNA leadership
Variety of cases including general, orthopedics, neurology, OB, urology, plastics, and minimal peds (B&B)
OB skills a plus
CRNAs do regional blocks and can obtain block training
New grads welcome to apply
Access to our best-in-class proprietary education platform for online modules approved by AANA for CE
Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals
Provide post-anesthesia care and follow-up
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist program
Current CRNA certification and state licensure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
