Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our established team and make a real difference in patient care.
Part‑time roles available – 13 hours per week. Self‑employed contracts also available. Location: Boston.
Key Responsibilities
Provide assessment, screening and treatment services to patients.
Advise patients on general healthcare and minor ailments, referring to GPs when appropriate.
Collect, store and dispatch pathological specimens in line with practice protocols.
Support administrative and professional responsibilities, including QOF management and clinical audits.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient and effective patient care.
Role Requirements
Current NMC registration.
Proven experience as a Practice Nurse within primary care.
Experience in managing QOF or specialised care such as Diabetes or long‑term condition management is desirable.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
