SPG Therapy & Education is currently hiring Speech‑Language Pathologists for school‑based positions for the 2025-2026 School Year. Founded and run by clinicians, SPG is dedicated to helping kids and empowering real change in the lives of children and their families.
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology required.
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 based on school year calendar.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct ethically and legally defensible California school‑based services.
Conduct appropriate assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
Consult and collaborate with parents, teachers, and IEP teams regarding service delivery.
Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance registers.
Write goals in support of curricular standards for IEPs.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
Current California SLP license or eligibility.
Fingerprint background clearance.
Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.
Settings Available
Onsite; School.
Years of experience, specialties, and geographic regions are all considered when determining salary offers.
