On-site (Available in Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras) Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our team. You will review architectural plans, perform accurate takeoffs, and prepare competitive bids for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and suppliers, maintaining organized documentation, and supporting operational tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency in estimating. Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications, focusing on windows and doors. Perform precise material takeoffs including sizes, quantities, and configurations. Use manufacturer software for detailed cost estimating. Prepare and submit competitive bids for residential and commercial projects. Provide estimates for smaller residential jobs to leadership for review. Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify project details. Track bid deadlines and ensure timely proposal submissions. Maintain organized documentation of estimates, revisions, and bids. Perform administrative tasks related to estimating and project tracking. Manage data entry, quote follow-ups, and CRM updates. Assist leadership with operational tasks and support purchasing or vendor communications. Skills & Qualifications
English proficiency at B2+ level 1–2 years experience as an Estimator or similar role Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Ability to read architectural plans and construction drawings (windows/doors experience preferred) Familiarity with construction industry terminology Ability to learn and use manufacturer estimating software Strong analytical and organizational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently $1,000 - $1,200 a month
