As a
Client Engagement Manager – Capital Markets
at CEPRES, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality, data‑driven solutions to clients across the private and capital markets ecosystem. You will lead and coordinate resources within the Professional Services team to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful delivery of
investment and private market data , tailored to client needs. You will act as a trusted partner to clients, managing day‑to‑day engagement, translating commercial and investment requirements into actionable data solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through high standards of data quality and service. In parallel, you will oversee project execution, align delivery with CEPRES’ strategic objectives, and continuously optimise processes and workflows. Your role combines
client engagement, data quality, commercial awareness, and people leadership . You will mentor and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture, while ensuring that complex client data and analytical outputs meet CEPRES’ quality benchmarks and support informed investment decision‑making. Key Responsibilities
Resource Guidance and Development:
Guide assigned resources within the Professional Services team to achieve project goals, ensure high‑quality deliverables, and align with company objectives; conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans; mentor and support junior members. Project Management:
Oversee the management and execution of client projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with CEPRES solutions; facilitate communication and coordination between cross‑functional teams; act as a point of escalation for project‑related challenges. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients; address client inquiries and issues promptly; deliver and evaluate training sessions that equip clients to maximise their use of CEPRES platforms. Process Optimization:
Assess and refine current processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness; develop and update documentation to support client onboarding and solution deployment. Strategic Contribution:
Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights based on data analysis, client feedback, and industry trends; participate in strategic initiatives to enhance CEPRES’s market position and client value proposition; engage in networking opportunities to represent CEPRES and expand professional relationships. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, finance, engineering, mathematics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Extensive experience in solution implementation, integration management, or client support, preferably within the financial services industry. Strong understanding of financial concepts, data analysis, and private equity. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven project management capabilities, with a track record of managing complex projects and delivering on time. Proficiency with advanced project management tools, CRM software, and data analytics platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, project deployments, and industry events.
