Join the Scaled Operations AI Accelerator Team at Meta to design, develop, and deploy AI‑powered automation solutions that transform operational processes at scale. Base pay range:
$177,000.00/yr – $246,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Analyze, map, and redesign internal operational workflows to identify pain points and opportunities for AI‑driven automation. Collaborate with process owners and cross‑functional teams to optimize processes and ensure successful automation outcomes. Architect end‑to‑end automation solutions, ensuring technical scalability, robustness, and compliance with Meta standards. Manage complex projects, including requirements gathering, timeline management, and deliverable oversight. Champion effective change management, developing and executing strategies to support employees and teams through transitions resulting from automation. Drive cross‑functional engagement with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver impactful solutions. Communicate technical concepts and project status clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Stay current with AI/ML advancements and experiment with new tools and approaches to foster innovation and continuous improvement. Develop playbooks, reusable templates, and best practices to scale successful automations across Scaled Operations. Manage contract worker or vendor relationships to support technical design, development, and implementation. Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and business impact of automation initiatives. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical experience. 12+ years of experience in systems architecture and solution design. 8+ years of experience in process analysis or business operations. Experience with AI/ML or automation projects, including end‑to‑end solution delivery. Expertise in API integration and automation frameworks. Demonstrated skill in program management, including managing complex projects and cross‑functional deliverables. Experience communicating effectively on technical topics. Experience supporting change management with cross‑functional stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Meta’s internal tools and platforms (e.g., Vibe Coding, internal automation frameworks). Familiarity with Scaled Operations processes and FTE workflows. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations, or related field experience. Experience developing playbooks, reusable templates, and best practices for automation at scale.
