Compliance & Regulatory Oversight – Aesthetic Clinic

Clinic Type: Level 1 Office Surgery Room (OSR) / Licensed Health Care Clinic Establishment
POSITION SUMMARY Majestic Aesthetics is seeking a Medical Director to provide medical oversight and regulatory compliance for a licensed aesthetic clinic in the State of Florida. This role is strictly consultative and compliance-focused and does not involve daily clinical operations or routine patient care.
CONTRACT TYPE Part‑time / Fractional
Remote with scheduled on-site availability if required by regulation
COMPENSATION
Flat monthly fee
No on‑call shifts
No daily clinical schedule
Additional services beyond the scope listed below may be negotiated separately.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Medical Oversight & Compliance: Serve as Medical Director of record in compliance with Florida law, maintain an active, unrestricted Florida medical license, review, approve, and sign clinical protocols for aesthetic and medical services including other Level 1 procedures permitted by law.
Staff Training & Delegation: Provide initial and ongoing clinical guidance and delegation consistent with Florida scope‑of‑practice regulations; approve medical delegation for licensed staff as permitted by law.
Regulatory Support: Be available for reasonable consultation regarding clinical or regulatory matters, assist with documentation and oversight during Department of Health inspections or audits, ensure alignment with applicable Office Surgery Room Level 1 requirements, and support compliance with Health Care Clinic Establishment standards.
EXCLUSIONS OF DUTIES
Provide routine patient care
Be physically present on a daily basis
Perform aesthetic procedures
Manage administrative, billing, or financial operations
Supervise non-clinical business activities
QUALIFICATIONS
MD or DO with an active Florida medical license in good standing
Prior experience as a Medical Director or supervising physician in aesthetic clinics or medical spas
Working knowledge of Florida medical delegation and compliance standards
Comfortable operating in a consultative, compliance‑only role
CONFIDENTIALITY & PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS The Medical Director will be required to maintain strict confidentiality, uphold professional standards of care, and operate in accordance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
