Opportunity Highlights
General Ob/Gyn Practice
10 provider group – 7 physicians, 2 Advanced Practice Providers (NPs) and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife
Monday thru Thursday (8am – 4:00pm) – Friday (8am – 2pm)
Robotic Surgery
Providers rotate between offices. Main location is at (6879 Southpointe Drive North, Jacksonville, FL).

Current and Unrestricted State Medical License or ability to obtain
Current and Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
Ob/Gyn Board Certified/Board Eligible (ABOG, AOBOG)
Completion of ACGME Ob/Gyn Residency Program
Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
Active BLS Certification
