DDS/DMD Degree: Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Tennessee.
Comprehensive Dentistry Skills.

Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans.
Physical Requirements
Essential Duties Performance.
Versatility in Sitting and Standing.
