Employed Optometrist – Nottingham, MD – For Eyes in White Marsh Plaza (Nottingham, MD 21236) Join Eyes On Eyecare as an Employed Optometrist at the White Marsh Plaza location in Nottingham, MD. This part‑time role offers a high‑quality optometric care experience within a dynamic retail environment.

General Function The Associate Optometrist leads the clinical vision care team, delivering exceptional patient service and driving key performance indicators through collaboration with the Store Manager, regional and store teams.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Execute clinical protocols and maintain the highest quality optometric care.

Partner with store leadership to achieve KPI targets and maximize practice growth.

Deliver outstanding patient service, ensuring accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.

Utilize technology to enhance patient experience and maintain office systems.

Maintain state licensure and continuing education requirements.

Train and guide associate staff, providing constructive feedback and fostering a positive culture.

Promote safe working environment and lead by example.

Basic Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry (OD) with active licensure.

Strong communication, listening and problem‑solving skills.

Commitment to quality patient care and current optometric theory & technology.

Excellent organizational and team‑leadership abilities.
