Full‑Time Registered Mammography Technologist position at

The Women’s Imaging Center , an immediate opportunity. Expand your horizons in a “career‑building” position as a member of our growing team of imaging professionals.

Work Schedule Open to part‑time. Must be available Monday, Thursday, or Friday. Weekdays and weekends available but not required. Preference will be given to applicants who are open to work Saturday at our Westminster and Lakewood locations.

Locations This position is primarily located at our Denver/Cherry Creek office but will need to work at other facilities as needed. Experience in stereotactic biopsies, needle localizations and breast ultrasound given special consideration.

Responsibilities

A strong working knowledge of patient positioning/technical factors.

Gains patient cooperation by reducing anxieties, providing explanations of imaging procedures, explaining equipment, and answering questions.

The ability to assess complex patient needs.

Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following, and enforcing standards and procedures.

Practice good clinical decision making and problem‑solving skills.

As a team, all of our technologists assist in all areas of the office including but not limited to scheduling, front desk, and medical records.

Graduate of a school of Radiologic Technology, registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Mammography certification required.

Must meet ARRT® (M) requirements for exam counts and CEUs.

1‑2 years of mammography experience is preferred.

Ability to accurately position the patient for imaging according to ACR standards.

Utilize techniques to physically manipulate and apply accessories to produce desired images.

Ability to select technical factors and operate imaging equipment to produce quality diagnostic images.

Must have at least one year of experience with both screening and diagnostic mammography.

Basic computer literacy and applications for data entry and records maintenance.

Maintain BLS certification.

Strong organizational skills; must be able to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams and patient interactions simultaneously.

Exhibit behavior which emphasizes quality, conscientiousness, and professionalism.

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift 20 lbs throughout the day.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with patients and team members in a professional and caring manner.

Benefits & Compensation Pay range $45–$53/hr based on experience. Sign‑on or relocation bonus up to $5,000. For full‑time employees, competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits, generous PTO, 401(k) program. Part‑time employees receive holiday pay and PTO.
