Purpose Statement Sells and promotes company products within a defined geographic territory by developing new accounts and expanding usage of company products by current accounts in an effort to meet a sales quota based on company sales goals and to directly increase sales revenue of the company. Especially, electrophysiology will lead and launch FARAPULSE system and OPAL 3D Mapping system in Gyeongsangbukdo area; to aid the achievement of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) satisfaction and to support customers with clinical/technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Based in Daegu, responsible for managing and covering the assigned Gyeongsangbukdo territory
Sell products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and growth market assigned by the company on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
Develop an action plan (i.e., weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing quarterly and monthly figures and reports identifying the needs of accounts and discussing issues with manager to help the organization achieve its annual sales goal
Develop relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales
Manage key customers through in‑service/procedural observations including electrophysiology study and radiofrequency/cryo/pulse field ablation performed in the electrophysiology laboratory
Collaborate/Manage with channel partners on market analysis, business strategy development, demand planning, and schedule management to achieve annual sales targets
Conduct customer education programs to promote the benefits and proper use of our electrophysiology products and attend related meetings, conferences, and exhibition on behalf of Boston Scientific
Serve as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development for EP systems and catheters
Attend cases in hospital labs, accounts for case support and development efforts of our capital systems and their components
Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions
Maintain/develop advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, cardiac ablation components, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and business landscape
Attend training sessions in Seoul for several weeks, depending on the level of EP (Electrophysiology) knowledge acquired
Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory as needed to ensure area coverage and business support
Required Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Passion to learn and dedicate to improving patient’s lives
Must be highly self‑motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
Ability to multi‑task, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as with a team
Ability to Planning, Prioritizing and self‑time management skills
Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong teamwork, communication, proactive, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Around 3 years Medical Industry experience (especially preferred Arrhythmia Field)
