Regional Wealth Director National Role Covering Single Region

| Regional Coverages Available: Southeast, Southwest, Northeast, Midwest We have an opportunity for a seasoned, relationship-driven wealth professional to join a nationally expanding advisory platform in a senior regional leadership role. This position is ideal for someone who excels at building trust-based partnerships, guiding high-net-worth prospects through thoughtful discovery, and working closely with advisors to drive sustainable, high-quality growth. The Regional Wealth Director serves as the point of contact between referral partners, prospective clients, and internal advisory teams to ensure a consistent, elevated experience from the first conversation through successful onboarding. This is a highly visible role requiring

extensive regional travel (approximately 50–75%)

and regular in-person engagement with referral partners, advisors, and prospects across an assigned territory. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and grow external referral partnerships within the assigned region, serving as the primary relationship point of contact and regional ambassador. Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of prospective clients through referral programs, events, and direct partner engagement. Communicate the firm’s value proposition, planning philosophy, and ideal client profile with clarity and credibility. Conduct structured discovery conversations to assess client needs, complexity, and fit, guiding prospects through a thoughtful, confidence-building engagement process. Partner closely with regional Advisors to align prospective clients with the appropriate expertise, capacity, and long-term growth objectives. Support the development and delivery of client-facing planning, investment, and estate/tax coordination materials as needed. Maintain deep knowledge of service offerings, solutions, and competitive positioning to ensure a consistent, high-level client experience. Track activity, pipeline progress, and outcomes in CRM systems to support accountability, forecasting, and regional growth strategy. Contribute to market expansion initiatives, regional performance goals, and firm-wide growth objectives while upholding a collaborative, high-integrity culture. Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and professional standards. QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree

in Finance, Financial Planning, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience

in wealth management, financial services business development, advisory, or relationship-focused sales roles. Series 65 required , or a combination of Series 7 and Series 66. Professional designations

such as CFP, ChFC, CFA, PFS, or CIC required. Strong working knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and client advisory processes. Proven ability to build credibility quickly with high-net-worth individuals and professional referral partners. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills. Highly organized with strong time management skills in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. Analytical, solutions-oriented thinker with sound judgment and follow-through. Comfort operating within CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and activity-based performance metrics. Clean regulatory history and ability to maintain required registrations.
