We are seeking a
Frontend Solution Architect
with strong expertise in
WordPress and enterprise-grade digital platforms
to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance frontend solutions. This role requires a blend of
hands-on technical depth, architectural thinking, and client-facing leadership , particularly for large CMS-driven and content-heavy platforms. Key Responsibilities
· Define
frontend and CMS architecture
for enterprise WordPress platforms, including multisite, headless, and hybrid models. · Own
end-to-end solution design
covering presentation layer, CMS, integrations, and deployment architecture. · Create architecture artifacts:
HLDs, LLDs, sequence diagrams, content models, and integration flows . · Evaluate and recommend
technology stacks, frameworks, and design patterns
aligned with business goals. WordPress Enterprise Implementations
· Architect and govern
large-scale WordPress implementations
(multi-brand, multi-region, high-traffic platforms). · Define standards for
custom themes, plugins, Gutenberg blocks, and reusable components . · Ensure adherence to WordPress coding standards, security best practices, and upgrade strategies. · Guide teams on
headless WordPress
(React / Next.js / Angular frontends). Performance, Security & Scalability
· Architect for
high availability, scalability, and performance
(CDN, caching layers, object caching). · Ensure compliance with
security, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and data privacy
standards. · Drive
Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, and SEO optimization
strategies. Integrations & Enterprise Systems
· Design integrations with
CRM, DAM, ERP, analytics, personalization, and marketing automation platforms . · Define API strategies using
REST / GraphQL
for content and data delivery. · Support SSO, role-based access control, and enterprise identity providers. Delivery Governance & Technical Leadership
· Provide
technical leadership and mentorship
to frontend and CMS teams. · Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and architectural governance. · Partner with UX, backend, DevOps, security, and data teams. · Support
presales, estimations, RFP responses, and solution walkthroughs . Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Technical Skills
· Strong expertise in
WordPress (core, multisite, themes, plugins, Gutenberg, REST API) . · Deep understanding of
PHP , WordPress internals, and MySQL. · Experience with
headless CMS architectures
and SPA frameworks (React / Next.js preferred). · Strong grasp of
design systems, component libraries, and frontend architecture patterns . Cloud, DevOps & Platform Knowledge
· Experience designing solutions on
AWS / Azure / GCP . · Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and automated deployments . · Knowledge of caching (Redis, Memcached), CDN (CloudFront, Akamai, Cloudflare). Preferred / Good-to-Have
· Exposure to
micro-frontend or composable architecture . · Experience with performance monitoring and analytics tools. · Familiarity with
accessibility audits and compliance frameworks . EXPERIENCE
