This leading manufacturer is seeking a Senior Stamping Engineer to play a key role in transforming and optimizing its stamping processes. This is an opportunity for an experienced stamping engineer who wants true ownership, someone who has seen projects through from concept to implementation and wants to directly influence equipment strategy, process consolidation, and long-term manufacturing performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead stamping process optimization initiatives focused on runtime, efficiency, and equipment utilization
Drive consolidation of stamping operations, including reducing press count and improving throughput
Evaluate, justify, and support implementation of new and upgraded stamping equipment
Own full‑cycle engineering projects from concept through execution and sustained performance
Collaborate with operations, tooling, maintenance, and leadership on continuous improvement initiatives
Support troubleshooting of PLC‑controlled stamping equipment
Contribute technical expertise to plant‑wide modernization and transformation efforts
About You
Proven experience in metal stamping manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of stamping processes, equipment, and production optimization
Demonstrated ability to see projects through from initial concept to full implementation
Exposure to automotive manufacturing environments is a plus, not a requirement
Working knowledge of PLC‑controlled equipment and basic controls troubleshooting is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered with significant stamping background
Comfortable working hands‑on in a manufacturing environment and collaborating cross‑functionally
