Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
to join a hospital-employed primary care practice in
Dillon, South Carolina . This position is
100% outpatient
with a
Monday–Friday schedule
and
rotating phone call only (1:10) , supporting an excellent work–life balance. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care in a collaborative clinical environment. Responsibilities
Provide outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform routine wellness visits, screenings, and preventive care Coordinate care with specialists and hospital services Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Qualifications
