Communication proficiency in English High‑level quantitative and qualitative reasoning ability for diagnosis of medical and clinical issues Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
North Carolina Medical License DEA License BLS/ACLS certification preferred Board certified in Family Medicine Physical Demands
