About the role As a Senior Manager Consulting, you will make an impact by leading consulting teams focused on product design and build for enterprise B2B Commerce/CPQ platforms tailored to client-specific requirements. You will be a valued member of the Manufacturing & Logistics Consulting team and work collaboratively with project stakeholders, colleagues, and clients. In this role, you will:
Lead consulting teams responsible for product design and build for enterprise B2B Commerce/CPQ platforms tailored to client requirements.
Facilitate product strategy and roadmap discussions with business and leadership teams.
Gather business requirements, translate them into functional, integration, and technical specifications, and develop use cases/stories.
Leverage deep expertise in serving process-oriented clients, especially within the process manufacturing segment, to provide tailored solutions.
Proactively identify and assess consulting opportunities within key accounts, leveraging knowledge of the industrial, process, and process manufacturing industry and understanding of client needs.

What you must have to be considered
15+ years of consulting, professional services, digital strategy development, advisory, or transformation programs operating in a client-facing capacity serving and leading external client engagements.
Extensive experience working in the process manufacturing segment in a consulting capacity.
Excellent customer-facing capabilities and an established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements.
Experience executing engagements spanning current state assessment, process definition, and roadmap creation.
These will help you succeed
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders and practice leadership to drive Cognizant and consulting sales.
Experience working closely with pursuit teams and service lines in creating transformation solutions/consulting points of view for large multi-tower deals.
Ability to lead the execution of consulting engagements, leveraging expertise to deliver innovative solutions that address client needs.
Experience identifying innovation initiatives within accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, pilot, and scale innovative solutions.
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus.
Compensation
$135,000-$160,000
This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
