What you’ll be doing:
Partnering with the legal team and management on our IP litigation matters. Managing a portion of our IP litigation and pre‑litigation activities. Negotiating license and settlement agreements. What we need to see:
A J.D. degree and license to practice law in California. 8+ years of experience in U.S. federal IP litigation. Strong written and oral advocacy. Great judgment and case management skills. Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Judicial clerkship and trial experience preferred. Technical expertise in computer hardware and software. Engineering degree or equivalent is a plus. The base salary range is $224,000 USD - $356,500 USD for Level 5, and $280,000 USD - $442,750 USD for Level 6. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
