Associate Director - Digital Product Deployment

Purpose of the Role Deploys and supports Digital & Technology (D&T) products into NA market, as prioritised by BG-BU CDIOs. Lands D&T enabled outcomes on time and within budget, ensuring integration and embedment in the focus market for growth, savings, and operational effectiveness.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

Drives Business deployment in the focus market for D&T, especially focused on landing products prioritised by CDIOs that are common across BUs

Leads the planning, execution, and management of digital, data, and AI product deployment.

Collaborates with stakeholders to define scope, goals, plans and timelines

Ensures the successful integration of digital technologies into existing systems and processes.

Supports local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation across domains, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement

Manages requirements and validation including: local data, systems integration, cross-product integration

Accountable for business sign-off and validation

Supports focus market change assessment & change management (including process change) for focus country and BU-specific priorities

Front line issue management across D&T products landing in the country

Skills

Digital expertise – experience with digital (Data, AI, tech) projects / products / programmes

Strong stakeholder management skills

Program / plan management to ensure delivery of outcomes

Execution excellence

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills

Compensation Pay:

The pay range for this position is $141,680 to $212,520.

Bonus:

This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI):

This position is LTI eligible.
