Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post‑acute, rehabilitation, long‑term care, and assisted living settings.
Responsibilities Face‑to‑face primary care; participating in educational sessions; collaborating with healthcare team members.
Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary up to $300,000 annually, incentive pay, professional liability coverage, PTO, CME, and benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, and life insurance.
Qualifications Current medical licensure, DEA certification, and board eligibility or certification. Full‑time role with in‑person work and a flexible schedule to improve patient outcomes in post‑acute facilities.
