Supervising, training, and evaluating RN staff Ensuring compliance with DOH and accreditation standards Conducting internal audits and incident reviews Supporting policy updates and emergency preparedness Partnering with HR and coordination teams Qualifications
Active NYS RN license Clinical leadership or supervisory experience Background in home care, hospital, or healthcare settings Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge Excellent organizational and communication skills Salary
