$500,000 – $1,000,000+ Per Year Maximize earnings with generous per‑arch rate Steady stream of cases Bonus structure based on volume Benefits
CRNA, Sedation and Secure Airway Provided for Every Case Worry‑free procedures so you can focus on what you do best Not taken out of your pay All Fixed AOX Cases – No Singles or Multiples Our focus on AOX cases allows for a streamlined, efficient surgical experience. Permanent Next‑Day Restoration Permanent prostheses delivered in 24 hours by on‑site restorative docs. No immediate load temps. Titanium bar cross stabilization designed to increase implant success. Digital workflow for improved prosthetic passivity. No Non‑Compete or Restrictive Covenants Two days per week with potential opportunity for more. Hands‑On Complex Case Training Provided Expand your repertoire with elite training from experienced surgeons. Combined experience of well over 10,000 cases. Cadavar course opportunity for complex case training. Collaboration with internal network of other Surgeons Peer‑to‑peer case reviews and mentorship Oral Surgeon owned company Join a team led by peers who understand and prioritize your journey At Nuvia, our Surgeons are efficient with their time and self‑motivated. An ideal candidate is a great communicator as well as a team player. Typical Surgical Hours
Monday‑Thursday starting at 7 am. 2+ consecutive days a week, depending on need. Contract
1099 contractor position. Qualifications
Graduation from a U.S. accredited four‑year dental school (DDS/DMD) required Post‑graduate of a U.S. surgical program with certificate to practice Oral Surgery Unrestricted, active dental license in state of operation DEA registration Current ACLS and BLS certification Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance Experience with All‑on‑X procedure Duties
Perform dental implant surgery including extraction and alveolectomy as necessary Work in close collaboration with restorative doctor to aid in treatment planning cases for optimal outcomes Examine, diagnose and provide treatment plans to patients in a comprehensive manner Work in accordance with Center policies, procedures, safety, OSHA and MSDS guidelines Day in the Life
Punctual arrival for surgical prep Review patient history, radiographs and treatment plan Perform exceptional surgery in a team setting Dictate comprehensive notes Collaborate with team on upcoming cases Feel good about changing people’s lives Success Metrics
Delivery of consistent, excellent clinical care and execution of proposed treatment plan. Communication between Surgeon and Restorative Doctor is crucial for the success of our Centers. Culture
