Overview
GRAND Mental Health is searching for a Chief Medical Officer (CMO). The CMO is responsible for helping to set the strategic vision and overall direction for medical practices and client care, consistent with the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model.
Responsibilities
Oversee clinical quality and quality of care, and the medical aspects of the physician and advanced practice provider (APP) medical organization.
Ensure clients receive appropriate psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
Provide direct clinical care and supervise a team of medical professionals such as psychiatrists and advanced practice providers.
Report to the EVP and COO of GRAND Mental Health.
