Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience writing production-grade backend code
Background in data platforms, ETL/ELT workflows, and event-driven architecture
Deep knowledge of system architecture, scalability, and performance tuning
Demonstrated ability to own and deliver reliable backend solutions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native technologies
Willingness to contribute across the stack, including frontend when needed
Product-focused mindset with attention to detail and edge cases
