We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at Subway 9014. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to: managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and upholding Subway's high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff Create employee schedules and assign duties Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle customer inquiries and complaints Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications:
Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food service industry Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety regulations Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
