At Apple, every drop counts. Apple is seeking a Watershed Resilience Program Manager to support its corporate water stewardship work. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with project origination and asset management qualifications in water resources, nature-based solutions, and water supply, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) with detailed knowledge of water issues (quantity, quality regulatory) worldwide. In this role the Manager will source, evaluate and structure projects to meet Program goals globally, while overseeing the management of existing projects, including verification and contractual obligations, and supporting the scoping of new projects in APAC and EMEIA. The candidate must be able to see projects through to completion, and able to grasp new technologies, approaches and financial mechanisms with ease. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in environmental management, hydrology, resource economics, law, business or related discipline; master’s degree strongly preferred 10+ years of experience in water resources management, corporate water stewardship, water transactions, or conservation finance Knowledge and experience globally in water policy, water resource management and institutions, water-related ecosystem restoration and WASH Experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex water projects, including proficiency with legal concepts and financial structures related to water Strong relationships with organizations and experts in developing restoration and WASH projects in regional markets Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated project management experience and follow-through Working relationships with NGOs, water utilities and scientists in the water sector Strong project management and time management skills to complete multiple priorities in a fast‑paced global setting Ability to influence without authority; strong interpersonal & communication skills across multiple disciplines Ability to thrive in ambiguous settings requiring minimal supervision Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
