Position Overview Performs routine and specialized interventional radiology, cardiac catheterization, or electrophysiology procedures to produce quality images for physicians and other health‑care providers for the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injury or disease. Works independently, exercising sound judgment, and uses clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures to deliver accurate results in a timely manner. Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other health‑care providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication. Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.

Education Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program OR Graduation from an accredited Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist program OR Graduation from an accredited Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist program.

Certification & Licensure When working in Interventional Radiology:

ARRT – American Register of Radiologic Technologists

CRT – Certified Radiologic Technologist

RHF – Radiology Fluoroscopy

BLS – Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

When working in Cardiovascular Technology:

ARRT – American Register of Radiologic Technologists

CRT – Certified Radiologic Technologist

RHF – Radiology Fluoroscopy

RCIS – Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist

CVT – Certified Vascular Technologist

CCT – Certified Cardiographic Technician

RVT – Registered Vascular Technologist

BLS – Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

When working in Electrophysiology:

BLS – Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

Typical Experience 3 years recent relevant experience.

Job Shift Days.

Schedule Full Time.

Shift Hours 8.

Days Of The Week Variable.

Weekend Requirements As Needed.

Pay Range $73.28 to $91.59 / hour.

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
