Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying. As an LALD with Belevo Health Services, you will:
* Ensure all staff receive training in accordance with current company, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations. * Maintain compliance with all Assisted Living regulations at the local, state, and federal levels. * Collaborate closely with the Executive Director, Nurse, and Program Manager(s). * Participate in Care Team meetings to support resident needs. * Oversee employee performance, including conducting evaluations, issuing disciplinary action, and administering reviews/raises. * Enforce all applicable regulations outlined in Minnesota Statute 144G.
*Employment Requirements*
* Active registration and license with the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD), in good standing. * Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle. * A minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care preferred. * At least 3 years of experience working with behavioral health and/or mental illness preferred. * At least 3 years of experience working with chemical dependency preferred.
*Position Details*
* Schedule: Monday through Friday * Starting Pay: $27.50 * Performance review at 90 days of employment
