Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Lead Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial HVACRefrigeration Technician with hands-on experience in rack systems to join our growing team. As a Commercial HVAC Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining complex refrigeration systems, Your expertise will ensure our clients’ refrigeration systems run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC/efrigeration systems, . - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to compressors, evaporators, condensers, electrical systems, and controls. - Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment to ensure long-term reliability and efficiency. - Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure successful project outcomes. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and refrigerant handling standards. - Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, installations, and inspections. Qualifications: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with commercial refrigeration systems, specifically rack systems. - Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycle, electrical systems, and controls. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Preferred Skills: - Experience with CO2 refrigeration or ammonia-based systems. - Proficient in soldering, brazing, and piping techniques.
