We take pride in maintaining high-quality living environments and providing exceptional service to our residents. We’re looking for a skilled, EPA-certified HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly at our apartment communities, replacing and upgrading residential HVAC systems (air handlers and condensing units) that heat and cool individual units. Complete removal, installation, and startup processes according to best practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Verify proper system operation after installation. Work will be periodically inspected to ensure adherence to company quality standards. Perform work in both occupied and vacant apartment units. Travel between different apartment communities as needed (transportation provided from reporting location). 3-5 years of residential HVAC installation, repair, or maintenance experience. Ability to diagnose issues and problem-solve with minimal supervision. Strong customer-service mindset and positive, professional attitude. Commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Comfortable using computers, tablets, MS Windows, Outlook, and related work-order software. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) No nights, weekends, or after-hours emergency calls. Compensation & Tools Provided $28-$34 per hour, based on experience.
