Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking HVAC Technician with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist lead technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within the HVAC industry. Key Responsibilities: • Assist lead technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems. • Transport and set up tools, materials, and equipment at job sites. • Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs under the supervision of senior technicians. • Ensure job sites are clean and organized before and after work is completed. • Follow safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment. • Help with ductwork fabrication, piping, and system assembly. • Support technicians in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and instructions. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project efficiency. • Learn and apply industry best practices for commercial HVAC systems. Qualifications & Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience working as an HVAC technician or in a similar role in commercial HVAC. • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and tools. • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (rooftops, crawl spaces, etc.). • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. • Willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC industry. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.6b250ea6-cee3-481d-915c-f7283f1b2f1b
