The St. Josephs Medical Center Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program and TeamHealth seek an Emergency Medicine physician with fellowship training or experience in medical simulation to join our faculty. St. Josephs is a major training site for residents and medical students, and hosts a 3-year
Emergency Medicine residency program and a 1-year Simulation Fellowship welcoming its
inaugural fellow in Summer 2024.
The Academic Simulation Faculty Member will work with
trainees at St. Joseph's Medical Center, providing clinical and didactic education on an ongoing
basis. Additionally, the faculty member will work clinically as an attending physician in the St.
Joseph's Emergency Department.
The candidate will be joining one full-time fellowship-trained
simulation faculty member with additional faculty trained in medical education, toxicology,
ultrasound, and EMS. Candidates must be BC/BE in Emergency Medicine and have completed either fellowship training in medical simulation or a related field or have extensive simulation experience. Facilities:

Contract structure: - [Clinical contract through TeamHealth with expected clinical pay of $270-$300 / hr] - Separate academic appointment and compensation through St. Josephs Medical Center
with time commitment based on experience and interest - Academic title and role to be determined based on experience and interest
