We are currently seeking candidates for a VP of Engineering & AI position. The VP of Engineering & AI will be responsible for leading the firms technology and AI vision across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and AI/ML. This role partners closely with senior leadership to design scalable platforms, drive execution, and translate advanced technology and data capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
This is a full-time permanent position that will pay a base salary of $250K$350K (depending on experience) plus bonus.
Responsibilities
Set and articulate the organizations engineering and AI roadmap. Provide leadership across software, cloud, data, and AI teams while elevating technical standards. Enhance data integrity, availability, and overall platform performance. Drive prioritization and delivery of critical technology initiatives. Embed AI-powered solutions and automation into core business processes. Oversee cloud infrastructure and manage external technology partners. Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with regulatory requirements. Lead teams, influence stakeholders, and execute complex initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. 10+ years of experience across software development, data platforms, and cloud environments (AWS preferred). 8+ years in senior engineering or technology leadership roles. Hands-on experience with modern AI solutions, including LLM-based applications. Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture and full-stack engineering. Strong communication skills with experience engaging executive leadership. Background in enterprise data platforms and data strategy. Experience in highly data-driven or regulated environments is a plus.
