What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own and evolve core surfaces in Ads Manager for campaign planning and management

Build end‑to‑end solutions for uploading, managing, and promoting ad creatives

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to implement product improvements

Conduct research to understand advertiser workflows and translate insights into product strategies

Explore and deliver AI‑powered creative solutions to enhance advertiser experience

What is Required (Qualifications)

Experience with digital advertising and performance marketing concepts

Strong product discovery skills, including customer engagement and workflow mapping

Proven success in leading cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment

Ability to navigate ambiguity with a proactive approach

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in performance ads concepts, such as optimization goals and creative testing

Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non‑technical audiences

Familiarity with data‑driven decision‑making in product development
