Job Description As the General Manager of a Domino's Pizza store, you will handle all aspects of running the store, leading the team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.

Opportunities General Managers who have managed a Domino's Pizza store for at least one year are eligible to apply for franchising opportunities through the Management Development Program. The ultimate goal for many is to own their own business.

Great Pay Starting base hourly wage of $19.50. Eligible for bonuses and incentives based on store profitability and overall performance.

Physical Requirements

Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position.

Walking: short distances for short durations.

Sitting: paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table.

Lifting: bulk product deliveries loaded with a hand truck, up to 50 pounds.

Carrying: large cans, pizza sauce 30 pounds, trays of pizza dough up to 12 pounds.

Pushing: move trays placed on dollies, force up to 7.5 pounds.

Climbing: infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, perform maintenance.

Stooping/Bending: forward bending at the waist necessary at the pizza assembly station.

Crouching/Squatting: occasionally stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching: performed continuously up, down, and forward.

Machines/Tools/Equipment: use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter and peel.

Qualifications

Valid U.S employment authorization.

Friendly, works well with others.

Works well under stress of a high paced environment.

Organized, efficient time management.

Must work weekends, minimum 5 closing nights a week including Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Preferred restaurant experience.

Ability to multitask.

Motivational skills, enthusiastic.

Possess the ability to train and develop a team.

Able to make employee schedules.

Able to place store food orders and maintain inventory.

Able to keep the store employees in proper image.

Able to respond to customer concerns.

Must be able to follow Team Sharma Domino’s Policies.

Must understand all store calls must be answered after the first ring.

Exceptional product above all.
