St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking Fellowship-trained, Board-Certified, or Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologists for full-time positions with Albany Associates in Cardiology.

Join a hospital employed Cardiology practice with a team of over 25 physicians and advanced practitioners that serves patients across two hospitals: St. Peters Hospital in Albany and Samaritan Hospital in Troy and multiple outpatient locations across the capital region area that include Albany, Troy, Clifton Park, Saratoga, and Wilton, NY. The practice provides a comprehensive range of services, including General Cardiology, Echocardiography, Vascular Ultrasound, Vascular Clinics, Nuclear Cardiology, Electrophysiology, and Interventional Cardiology including Structural Heart.
Qualified candidates must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine and either Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology. The ideal candidates will have a strong interest in Non-Invasive Cardiology, with experience in managing both inpatient and outpatient cases. Exceptional clinical and communication skills, along with a commitment to team-based, patient-centered care, are essential.

The practice has multiple outpatient Cardiology clinics across the capital district including a same day heart walk in clinic
Robust Referral Network from both the employed and non-employed primary care practices

We offer a variety of schedule designs: part-time, full-time, and inpatient only positions

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE We offer a competitive base salary with earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.
Base Salary is $600,000 per year
Year 2- Cardiologist has opportunity to join Pool Model where RVU and Quality Incentive Models are shared among pool members. Entry into Pool model requires annual RVU threshold.
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
